As a former Olympic Athlete and Performance Life Coach for High Performance Sport New Zealand, I’ve used and coached people to use the strategies that drive success in both sport and life. These practical tools empower you to perform at your best in all areas of life, regardless of your starting point.

The purpose is simple: to help individuals and teams grow and develop by applying the same high-performance habits that elite athletes use. Together, we’ll build a tailored plan for your personal and professional growth, using practical, actionable strategies that create meaningful progress.

Public Speaking

Drawing on my experiences in high-performance sports, I share motivational and inspirational stories. I speak on the topics that will support you in building your own high-performance habits, creating lasting connections and fostering effective teamwork.

Understanding what emotions are and how they work, allows us to better regulate
our own emotions and help others to regulate theirs. This enables us to create
connections: a better connection with ourselves and stronger connections with others.

German Olympic Rower

As an Olympic athlete for the German Rowing team, I've experienced first-hand the power of transferring a high-performance mindset from sport to life. I will share what I've learned to help you build your own high-performance habits.

Through The Blue Charitable Trust

Friends and I created Through the Blue Charitable Trust. We collaborated with Victoria University's Youth Wellbeing Study to develop professional training and resources on emotions and emotional regulation.
